Jinggoy studied college in Saint Louis University, Baguio City, Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture last May 2009. He passed his licensure exam in Architecture in 2011. Later on, he took the exam conducted by the Philippine Green Building Council and is now a certified Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) Professional. He also attended a number of seminar courses in Environmental and Urban planning in 2013.
He started his career as an Architectural Designer in Consultants for Comprehensive Environmental Planning Inc. (CONCEP), a consulting firm that keyed in various disciplines of macro/microanalysis ranging from masterplanning to urban planning, including heritage and historical preservation in the Philippines.
In 2010, he pursued expertise in real estate development by joining Ayala Land Inc., the leading real estate company in the Philippines that prioritizes in enhancing land and enriching lives for more people. He handled post-construction management in condominium buildings and participated in the planning of a variety of proposed land and house projects, especially with mixed-use development. After two years, he transferred to Amaia Land Corp., a subsidiary of Ayala Land, as a Project Architect. He handled diverse land and house master planning projects catering to the broad affordable market segment. He spearheaded their latest project, Amaia Steppes, for which he led the team from schematic design up to the development and construction of the buildings. Later, he worked as a design architect at Zenseng Pte. Ltd., a design-build company in Singapore specializing in construction, design and furnishing of land houses, condominiums.

Erwin Pascual was born in Nueva Ecija, Philippines and attended school from 1993 to 2003. He completed his Architecture Degree in 2009, attending Saint Louis University at Baguio City, Philippines. On June 2010, He became Registered Architect in the Philippines.
As a trained Architectural Assistant, He has four years of progressive experience in all facets of construction, from pouring concrete to developing plans for commercial and residential construction. He developed his design creativity as well as his 2D and 3D drafting skills, and the confidence to express and contribute new ideas in design through experience working in the Philippines,Middle East and Singapore.
